Dr. Mark Shea is an senior ecology consultant with 20 years of experience in biology, ecology and environmental impact assessment (EIA) in Hong Kong and China. He has undertaken over 160 projects with ecological component dealing with marine, terrestrial, wetland ecology. Projects undertaken include marine benthic and fishery surveys and taxonomy. Dr. Shea worked on over 40 projects dealing with marine benthic and fish sampling, processing, sorting, identification, data analysis, reporting, and in some cases impact assessment since 1989 in Hong Kong, China, Macau and Taiwan.

Mr. Vincent Liu is an ecology consultant with over ten years experience in the field. Mr. Vincent Liu was trained in the Biology department of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He joined China-Hong Kong Ecology Consultants Co in 1998 and he involved over 80 environmental projects which required ecological surveys, monitoring and impact assessment and he has undertaken over 200 tree survey and terrestrial vegetation survey projects in Hong Kong in last ten years. The projects he took responsibilities covered with terrestrial ecology, vegetation surveys, marine, wetland ecology and various tree survey/assessment in Hong Kong and Macau. Currently, he is working on several ecological projects including Lantau Tuen Mun Link, Macau wetland and Drainage projects (involve habitat, vegetation and faunal surveys and monitoring).
